about Us
Pharmacure Community Society is a youth-led, community-driven non-profit society committed to improving health outcomes through education, outreach, and compassionate care. Founded by Gavin Singh Sangha, the organization was created to address critical gaps in medication understanding, chronic disease management, and access to reliable, easy-to-understand health information. We work alongside communities to ensure individuals have the knowledge and resources they need to make informed decisions about their health. Our organization was founded on the belief that many health challenges are preventable when people are empowered with clear information and compassionate support. We prioritize listening to community needs, building trust, and delivering culturally respectful, inclusive education grounded in real-world experiences. By meeting people where they are, we aim to create meaningful and lasting improvements in community health.

Our impact is built on education, awareness, and trust. By improving medication literacy and understanding of chronic diseases, we help individuals develop healthier routines, strengthen treatment adherence, and reduce preventable complications. Our workshops, outreach events, and educational initiatives equip individuals with practical tools for their daily lives. Beyond individual outcomes, our work contributes to stronger, more informed communities that are better equipped to navigate health systems and advocate for their needs. Each conversation and initiative strengthens confidence, knowledge, and community capacity.

What We Do
We design and deliver community-based health education initiatives focused on medication adherence, chronic disease awareness, and health literacy. Our work includes educational workshops, outreach booths, community events, and collaborative initiatives with local partners. We translate complex health information into clear, practical guidance that individuals can understand and apply. Through a combination of education and engagement, we support people in managing their health safely, effectively, and with confidence.
